Donald Joseph Qualls also known as DJ Qualls in America is an American actor and producer. He shot to fame after his appearance in Road Trip. Since then, he has appeared on 20 features such as The New Guy Hustle & Flow or The Core. Also, he has been on over 22 television shows such as Breaking Bad Supernatural and Scrubs. Qualls has fought Hodgkin's lymphoma since the age of 14 old. He was able to get rid of his cancer after 2 years. The body of his was greatly affected by the treatment and development slowed down. As he got older, financially secure, it was the ultimate goal since his experience with poverty had been a part of his childhood. The interviewer said that because that he was living in such a bleak way for such a long time I required financial stability to feel in control. He also reflects on his childhood and hopes to take action on the issue of the bullying. The cruelty he experiences breaks his heart. The ideal DJ role is that of a real father. However, he admits that "Directors aren't casting me for the roles I'm in." It would be wonderful to someday be a parent himself, when the time comes when he can devote much less time working and spend more time with his child.
